From July 1st 2022 our RideBuys program went to the next level. We redesigned the program from the ground up, giving our loyal customers better in-store discounts and the opportunity to build rewards at a much faster rate.
Here’s how RideBuys 2.0 works:
All of our customers are invited to join our RideBuys program. Spend $1 and earn 1 point. When you make a purchase, we’ll send you an email with your points balance.
Big discounts and faster loyalty points earn with new VIP Customer Tiers
Frequent shoppers will soon upgrade to a ‘Steel‘ VIP customer. We’ll also automatically upgrade you when you buy a bike from us.
Steel customers get 5% discount on Parts, Accessories and Servicing in store. They also build RideBuys faster: Spend $1 and earn 1.5 points.
More purchases and buying bikes will earn you an upgrade to a ‘Alloy‘ VIP customer. Alloy customers get 10% discount on Parts, Accessories and Servicing in store. They also build RideBuys faster: Spend $1 and earn 2 points.
Your aim is to become a ‘Carbon‘ VIP customer. Carbon customers get 15% discount on Parts, Accessories and Servicing in store. They also build RideBuys faster: Spend $2 and earn 5 points.
You will be automatically moved into a new VIP Tier when you meet the upgrade criteria.

When you unlock a reward, you’ll get an email with a voucher that can be used on any purchase instore.
How Do I Join Ridebuys Rewards Program?
When you shop at Cessnock Bicycle Company we will create a basic customer record and you are eligible to join the Ridebuys Program.
How do I log into the Ridebuys portal?
The Ridebuys portal contains your points balance & rewards information. If you don’t know or don’t have a Password click on “Already have an account” and Recover a password by entering the email used to email you Ridebuys information.
Am I part of the Program & what’s my Points balance?
Click on My Account details to your account details and Points balance. All purchases under the original Ridebuys program have been carried over..
How do I earn loyalty points?
At first, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store as a Standard Ridebuys member. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.
As you ‘level up’ to a VIP Customer, the rate at which you earn points increases.
There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Each time you shop, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. This is labelled Show Rewards, Ridebuys Portal or Account Information.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you’ll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon – use this at the point of sale in the store. The Store assistant will apply your unlocked rewards during purchase.

Cessnock Bicycle Company reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Points will expire after 1 year they are earnt.
Coupons can only be redeemed once.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
