The new Focus eMTBs are finally here and there’s plenty of news. These bikes are redesigned from a blank sheet and represent the three primary users of eMTBs.

Your battery options are 600/800/850/1050Wh on every model and every frame size.

For the trail riders and gravel adventurers comes the new Thron2.

This alloy-framed bike has a super-comfortable high bar position that is easy on the body. It’s designed for trailriders and adventurers that want comfort and climbing performance.
Here’s the overview from Stixi:

This bike comes in two spec levels – both with two rear lights as standard – and can be easily optioned with a front headlight.

The Thron2 6.7 $6299 is Shimano Cues 10sp with Suntour suspension and Shimano 4-piston brakes. Good entry-level spec that is easily upgraded for the more adventurous rider.

Thron2 6.8 ABS Steelgrey

The Thron2 6.8 ABS $7999 is Shimano Deore 12sp with RockShox suspension and TRP Trail Evo 4-piston brakes. This bike is the first Focus eMTB to be fitted with the new Bosch ABS system that prevents front brake locking. We expect this bike to be very popular with Cessnock & Kurri riders, it will suit the recreational rider with XC ambitions. It’s ready for all the local unsealed roads and trails.

For the experienced eMTBer comes a new family of Jam2.

The Jam2 has been the choice of local eMTB riders for a decade. With 150mm of travel and an aggressive stance, the Jam2 is a trail and singletrack weapon. There are three spec levels to choose from.

Jam2 6.7 Slategrey

For the enduro riders, the new Sam2 hits hard.

There are four spec levels in the Sam2 family, all of which are mullets. This configuration provides a superior geometry for riding downhill.
