We always keep some time up our sleeve to carry out emergency repairs, because bikes are vital transport options for many of us.
Bikes are often brought into our store with a flat tyre, or a derailed chain, or sometimes even handlebars that have turned upside-down. When this happens, we put aside what we’re working on, and focus on returning your bike to the road.
It’s not always possible though – maybe you’ve had a Di2 system failure that needs diagnosis, then a firmware update and full restart. This takes time and great care to complete without damaging your expensive components.
Maybe you’ve broken a spoke and your wheel is buckled beyond use. Fixing this problem takes a skilled technician, and can’t be rushed.
If you bring your bike to us for emergency repairs, we’ll try to get you back on the road. If that’s not possible, we’ll rent you a bike to get you home – and we’ll prioritise your repair.
You can find us at 88 Vincent St Cessnock, we’re here Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and on Saturdays from 8-12.
If you need us to find you for a roadside repair, call us on 02 4909 8492 and we’ll try to help.
